Colorado Helicopter Flying Sites
This is a list of locations in Colorado where Colorado Rotor-Heads members and other pilots
meet for flying sessions. AMA approved flying fields are noted. Flying sites that are NOT AMA
approved do not have any set rules, frequency control, or guarantee of availability, and pilots must
assume all risk of any activities. Review AMA insurance coverage for flying at unapproved sites.
While the Colorado Rotor-Heads cannot endorse ANY flying site, we urge you to follow AMA safety guidelines
wherever you might fly. The Colorado Rotor-Heads is not responsible for any actions or activities
at any location, by anyone. Remember, Safety FIRST! Play at your own risk.
